EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ University of Montana President Seth Bodnar resigned Wednesday, leaving questions about a possible Senate bid while officials said they will start an expedited search for an interim leader with help from Montana Commissioner of Higher Education Clayton Christian. Montana Public Radio

- ➤ Missoula Parks and Recreation said most of Mt. Jumbo remains closed through March 15 to protect wintering wildlife (including about 120 elk) as trespassing increases with mild weather, and violators may face fines up to $500. Residents are asked to report any trespassing incidents. KPAX
