  • On March 3, Governor Gianforte signed a proclamation declaring Third Graders Day after Bonner Elementary student Blakely sent a letter requesting the recognition.   • The University of Montana received over 60 applications for its next president after Seth Bodnar left in January. A working group in Missoula began reviewing these on Feb. 23 — using input from faculty, staff, students and the local community to form a leadership profile.  KPAX
