- ➤ Creative Marketing is hosting the 43rd annual Missoula Home and Garden Show today from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will continue March 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Adams Center on the University of Montana campus where over 150 vendors will offer home and garden products and services; admission costs $5 with children under 12 admitted free and is waived when visitors bring nonperishable food donations for Missoula Youth Homes. - ➤ A woman was arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with a fire that completely destroyed the former HuHot restaurant Wednesday morning. Missoulian

- ➤ Montana farmers, home builders and drivers face rising costs from planned tariffs on Canadian goods that will take effect on April 2. The tariffs, which could be 10% or 25%, are expected to raise prices on softwood lumber, fertilizers and other products — some businesses may shift trade to avoid these losses — as market uncertainty grows. - ➤ Missoula Education Association president Scott Chook said state education funding now supports over 140,000 children in 800 K-12 schools with $7 million for safety and life skills, $6.5 million for before and after school programs, $83 million for students in military families or on Native American reservations, $5 million for rural students, and $500,000 for English language learners.
