  • UM and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes are working together to build a new air quality network on the Flathead Reservation — using affordable PurpleAir monitors to track wildfire smoke in real time. The system, funded by NOAA and community donations, will help schools and local centers take steps to protect people’s health.  KPAX

  • On Tuesday, March 18, Director Jillien Streit of the Montana Department of Agriculture visited Turner Farms on South Third Street West and praised the Turners for their diverse food production methods.
