- ➤ UM and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes are working together to build a new air quality network on the Flathead Reservation — using affordable PurpleAir monitors to track wildfire smoke in real time. - ➤ On Tuesday, March 18, Director Jillien Streit of the Montana Department of Agriculture visited Turner Farms on South Third Street West and praised the Turners for their diverse food production methods.
