- ➤ At about 5:05 p.m. on April 22nd, a Missoula officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle seen leaving an Albertsons parking lot—witnesses said the car later collided with another while speeding erratically, leading to the arrest of 38-year-old Damien NoRunner who now faces charges of felony theft, felony criminal endangerment, and aggravated DUI.
