Mychal Threets visited Missoula Public Library as part of the Library Foundation's annual event to discuss his new book and promote the idea that libraries welcome everyone — his lively talk reflected the library’s goal to serve the entire community.

A project last fall restored a section of Lolo Creek near Earl Tennant Campground so that water now flows through a more natural, winding path along Highway 12.

The restoration aimed to boost habitat for fish, wildlife and plants and offer a model for future improvements across the creek.
