Leeper, 46, who was last seen Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. near Holland Lake Road (6 ft, 160 lbs, blue eyes, short blonde hair) while he wore a black hat, white tank top, and white tennis shoes (carrying a black backpack) and urge anyone with information to call 911 immediately.
