Third Street this summer to provide 24 income-restricted housing units and a retail space for the Artists of Opportunity program (demolition and site work are complete). The project will create nine one-bedroom units and 15 two-bedroom units with two baths (secured by a tax increment from the Missoula Redevelopment Agency and a lien on green space) in three phases.
