  • Frenchtown's Katie Lewis won her third straight Montana State Junior Championship girls title on Saturday at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Golf Course—she posted a score of 189 that was four strokes better than runner-up Cate Leydig in windy conditions. In the boys event, Corvallis' Brady Powell clinched the overall title—he won a playoff hole after tying Helena's John Gilbert at 4-under 176, redeeming his second-place finish from last year.  Missoulian
  • The West team won the 78th Montana Shrine Game in Great Falls on Saturday with a 14-7 score—earning its fifth win in a row with key plays from Mason Arlington and Brady Armstrong.
