- ➤ On Sunday, DREAM Adaptive Recreation celebrated its 40th anniversary and announced plans to build a year-round adaptive center at Whitefish Mountain Resort to support nearly 400 local children, adults and veterans with disabilities. The Missoula Marathon concluded over the weekend with Mark Messmer winning the men's race in 2 hours 21 minutes and 12 seconds—Bailee Parker-Godfrey won the women's race while officials research cloud seeding to ease drought effects. - ➤ Montana’s state parks attracted 3.2 million visitors in 2024 (up 3.8 percent from 2023 and 45 percent more than ten years ago), with top spots including Giant Springs and Flathead Lake.
