- ➤ A police officer investigated a case at Motel 6 on East Broadway when the motel owner reported that Michael Carlsen, the grandson of hospital-bound John Doe who fell on July 20, had removed Doe's belongings including his 2023 Ford Explorer after sending a video showing Doe seeming confused about granting a $10,000 transfer—Michael was arrested and faces felony theft and exploitation charges with a $20,000 bond.
