- ➤ A new roundabout is open at the intersection of Scott and Phillips streets in Missoula's Northside neighborhood to help ease traffic. The project—started on July 7—has wider sidewalks, a path for bikes, bike lanes that go north to Turner Street, six new street lights, and storm water repairs, and it caused a seven-week closure of the intersection and Scott Street Bridge.
