- ➤ Climate Smart Missoula and partners are hosting Climate Week from September 27 to October 5 to involve local residents in climate action through a series of events; today, participants can join a garden tour at the Montana Natural History Center and a hike in Crazy Canyon—additional events like a library tour and sustainable workshops will follow throughout the week. - ➤ After lawmakers passed five new laws that change judge assignments and create a special review group, legal experts met at the University of Montana on Friday to discuss ways to ease tension in the court system. Chief Justice Cory Swanson warned that if judges cannot work properly, people may not get fair help with their disputes (experts say). KPAX
