- ➤ Today, the City of Missoula Public Works & Mobility Department will install new traffic calming features in the Northside neighborhood by placing stop signs and quick-build traffic circles at intersections near Scott Street, I-90, Orange Street and the railroad tracks—each installation is expected to take about 20 minutes with minimal traffic disruption and finish before winter if weather permits.
