- ➤ On Saturday, the first-ever corgi races took place at Ogren Park in Missoula as dogs of all sizes dashed for a treat at the finish line. Owner Blake Eskro brought her purebred corgi Penny and said she expected the pup to do well. KPAX
- ➤ Missoula residents enjoyed a free pop-up thrift store held on Arthur Ave. where volunteers sorted donated items like toys, t-shirts and bake ware; the organizer plans holiday drives to collect gifts for kids in need. KPAX

- ➤ Kendallynn Charging, a Missoula artist, was chosen to create UM's new Native Griz design by merging the famed Griz script logo with a Golden Eagle feather—an important symbol for many Native tribes. Her design highlights UM’s effort to reflect cultural traditions. Missoulian
