Vendor applications are now being accepted for an Asian Night Market planned for spring 2026 — offering another way for locals to connect with area producers and artisans. Newstalk KGVO
- ➤ Tribal and agricultural leaders held a ribbon cutting for a new flour mill at Stone Child College that processes organic Kamut wheat to build food sovereignty on Rocky Boy's Reservation (the mill now supplies flour to nearby tribes at Fort Belknap). Leaders have secured (over $30,000) in grant funds and plan to add a bakery soon to boost health and economic benefits for the community. KPAX
- ➤ The 31st Annual Guerrilla Turkey Drive will run from November 17 to November 21 and will provide Thanksgiving turkeys to local families while supporting Montana food banks—Missoula Motor Company, Clearwater Credit Union, True North Direct Primary Care, and LineHaul Logistics are among the partners helping make it possible. The drive builds on over 30 years of local support that began with a call on Z100 to help feed those in need. Newstalk KGVO
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ In 2000, a band now in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame played a raw, sweaty set at Jay’s Upstairs—a small venue in Missoula that closed in 2004.
