Good morning, Missoula.

Montana’s undefeated team can earn a top-2 seed in the FCS playoffs if it wins its four remaining games—if it loses even one, like in the Brawl of the Wild, its chance will drop.

The team must beat top foes to keep its perfect record and reach its goal.

Rudy Hess led the Missoula Spartans with five touchdowns (four on the ground) as they defeated Billings Senior.

On a crisp fall day, the Montana Grizzlies overcame Weber State 38 to 17 by building an early lead and making key plays — improving their record to 9 to 0 overall and 5 to 0 in conference play — with standout efforts from quarterback Ke'ali'i Ah Yat and running back Eli Gillman.

Montana will host Eastern Washington on November 8 at 1:00 p.m.

No. 3 Montana Grizzlies built a 28-point lead in their first four possessions+ winning 38-17 over Weber State as they secured an early advantage in the game.

The strong start helped set the pace for what proved to be a solid team performance.
