- ➤ Fire departments from Hamilton, Corvallis, Darby and Pinesdale responded to a fire that started from a burn pile and spread to vehicles and a log deck on Sunday around 8:30 a.m. near McCarthy Loop south of Hamilton—officials closed the road for several hours—before reopening the area as safe.
