  • Walmart has launched an AI-powered shopping app that helps Montana residents find Black Friday deals and plan holiday shopping from home.   • The Museum of Mountain Flying will hold a welcome party today at the Missoula airport hanger from 6 to 9 p.m.—the museum recently acquired the A-26 tanker famed for its role in the film Always and plans to begin restoring the historic fire bomber next.  Newstalk KGVO

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • On Wednesday morning, hunters on the Pyramid Pass Trail near Seeley Lake encountered three grizzly bears charging from a mule deer kill and shot at them in self-defense—official officials have notified the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to investigate whether two bears were injured or killed.  Missoula Current
  • Climate Smart Missoula hosted its third-annual Climate Solutions Week where expert Amy Martin and local author Christopher Preston explained how asking questions about animal communication can help bridge divides on issues like AI, carbon capture and nuclear energy.
