- ➤ Roofing companies report that days after strong winds swept Western Montana, over 50 calls have been received from Missoula, Bitterroot and Flathead Valley regarding roof damage. - ➤ Governor Gianforte issued an executive order on Thursday after Wednesday's wind storm caused damaging gusts and left thousands without power. Missoula recorded wind gusts of 63 mph, and the order allows state resources to support repairs and restore services. Missoula Current
