About this event

Penélope Baquero of Ecosapien Theater, is facilitating a co-creation of ritual art and dance with participants. The main purpose is to connect with our love for the other than human, embrace the grief in our hearts for what has been lost, and nourish our interconnectedness to keep tending to the fires of life, resistance and change with JOY.

Space is limited and free registration is encouraged here .

Ritual art starts promptly at 7:15. At 8:30 doors re-open for an Earthy Remembrance Dance Party.

More info:

We will be co-creating a moment of honoring the other than human. All you need to bring is an open heart to your love of the natural world and to the connections you may have to the spirit of the Earth. We will be circling up inside a container created by storytelling, masks, ritual offerings, words from the heart, gratitudes and poems. There will be space for your voice to come through and express these connections. After the ritual art, we will open the dance floor with music curated to speak to our bodies and souls with other than human voice.
