Our Traditional Sangha meeting
Format: Two periods of sitting meditation, with walking meditation in between, followed by a rotating program beginning at 11:00 am. Rotating programs are followed by dharma discussion.
The second Saturday is usually a sutra service that includes recitations of a sutra from the Plum Village chant book, the Heart Sutra, and others. All are welcome!
