Our Traditional Sangha meeting
Format: Two periods of sitting meditation, with walking meditation in between, followed by a rotating program beginning at 8:00 pm. Rotating programs are followed by dharma discussion.
The fourth Tuesday is usually our Tea Ceremony, an opportunity to share tea and a treat mindfully, and to offer sharing from the heart. If you are moved, bring a poem, song, reading, or other sharing for the circle.
